Can I preview my custom name necklace before ordering?

Somewhat! When you type in your name and select your font you can see your name in the font choices. Currently we do not have a full preview option.

If I select a charm for my name necklace wheredoes it hang from the necklace?

The charm will typically hang from the 1st
letter or the middle of the name/word. We make an aesthetic choice based on the
word and charm used and what works best visually.

Can I add multiple initials or a birthstone tomy necklace?

Current we do not have birthstones available on our necklaces. We don’t currently carry a range with multiple initials, but keep your eyes out.

How long does it take to receive a personalized necklace?

All our jewelry is handmade on order so we need time to do this and make it perfectly customized for you.

Sassybirds orders are typically sent out from our workshop within 5-7 working days of order. All of our items are made by hand in small batches, so during busy periods this may take slightly longer. During sale periods, please expect longer dispatch times of up to 10 days. If your order is urgent, please get in touch and we will always do our best to accommodate requests.

Delivery in Canada

We use Canada Post for delivering our orders. Postage is calculated on check-out based on your destination and should take no more than 5 working days once shipped.

Postage is FREE on all orders over $75 CDN within Canada.

Delivery to USA

Postage is calculated on check-out based on your destination state and should take no more than 7 working days to reach you once shipped.

Postage is FREE on all orders over $75 USD within the US.

Do acrylic necklaces fade or break easily?
